Shipping:
Priority mail costs $3.50 for shipping within the US (usually 2-3 business days). Please allow up to 2 weeks to ship. A lot of the jewelry will be able to ship within a day or 2 after the order is placed, but pieces are made to order and it can take up to 2 weeks. If you need the merchandise shipped in a more timely manner, overnight shipping is available. Shipping Internationally will incur additional costs, please contact Annika for rates. Returns/Exchanges:
If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, please return it to us for a store credit equal to the original purchasing price. Return orders need to be returned within a week of receiving the jewelry. There will be no money back, only store credit. We recommend that you insure the jewelry when shipping it.
Repairs:
If a piece should break under normal wear, we will do what we can to fix it. If it is a minor repair, we may be able to fix it for free. However, repair fees may be necessary depending on the nature of the repair and possible fees will be discussed prior to beginning work. Please notify us via email prior to sending merchandise back so we know to expect it.
Custom Orders:
Please note that each piece of jewelry is a one-of-a-kind based on the unique stones and materials used. However, if you would like to purchase a piece of jewelry that has already been purchased, Annika will be happy to create a similar piece. There will inevitably be variations in the stones available, but keep in mind that having a one-of-a-kind piece is very special and something we take great pride in.
Payment:
You can make orders and pay for them through Paypal on this website. Checks and Cash are accepted forms of payment, but we must receive the payment before we can ship the jewelry. All checks must include a phone number and there is a $35 fee for a bounced check.
